Me too! But this could be over once a developer rating system gets rolled out from March next year.
100 developers and builders will be rated based on key data such as defect history and credit ratings.
Prospective buyers then can "shop" apartments based on these ratings just as they do on any online shops!
The rating system is on voluntary basis for now for developers and builders. But refusal to participate will put them in huge disadvantage, suggested by NSW Building Commissioner David Chandler.
