A deep understanding of Sydney

Since 2010, Megaward has marketed new projects across Sydney, from the CBD and the North Shore to Parramatta, the Hills District and the north-west growth corridor.

That experience shapes our understanding of what buyers prioritise, from location and layout to amenity and value, and of how each part of the market is moving. It informs the advice we give you before launch, and the conversations we have with buyers after it.

A database built on relationships

An established buyer database provides a starting point for connecting the right people with your project. It has been built one conversation at a time, with the families, investors and landlords we have helped since 2010.

Meaningful conversations turn broad interest into an informed shortlist, and an informed shortlist into buyers who exchange with confidence.

Reach beyond a single channel

An extensive network of agents and referral partners extends the reach of a project through trusted personal connections. Around it, we meet buyers wherever they are looking: on the major portals, on our own channels in English and Chinese, and in person.

Every channel your buyers use

Buyers and investors who have purchased through Megaward, or asked to hear about new projects first.

Personal support, all the way through

From the first conversation and in-person inspections to follow-up and buying-process coordination, our team helps buyers understand their options and take their next step. And we stay with them after exchange, through construction and the pre-settlement inspection, to the day they collect their keys.

Questions

Questions developers ask

Something else on your mind? Ask our team

What does a project marketing agency do?

A project marketing agency sells a new development on the developer's behalf, usually before or during construction. At Megaward that means advising on pricing and release strategy, running the marketing campaign, managing enquiries and inspections, and coordinating contracts and communication with buyers through to settlement.

When should a developer engage Megaward?

As early as possible, ideally while the design and product mix are still being finalised. What buyers in your area are asking for can shape apartment sizes, layouts and pricing before they are fixed, and we can bring that view to the table.

Do you market projects to overseas buyers?

Yes. Alongside local buyers, our database includes migrants and overseas investors, and we market through Chinese-language channels such as WeChat and Xiaohongshu. Foreign buyers generally need approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board before buying residential property in Australia, and we encourage them to seek that advice early.

Which areas of Sydney do you cover?

Our projects span Sydney, from the CBD, North Sydney and the North Shore to Parramatta, the Hills District and the north-west growth corridor. Since 2024 our office has been in Chatswood, with a particular focus on the Lower North Shore.
