Chateau Grand Launch

Projected to be the crowning jewel of Castle Hill, Chateau is an exclusive project, developed by both Bridgestone Designs and Megaward Property Group, which were founded by Mr David Liu and Ms Grace Wu back in 2010.

Not only was this grand launch an event to celebrate the start of sales for this brilliant and unique project but also an opportunity for the Mayor of The Hills Shire Council, Dr Michelle Byrne to share some critical information about the future development of Castle Hill and the surrounding area.

Dr Byrne shared with us the blueprint of the future development of Showground Castle Hill. Her core statement “The government is always concerned about residents” resonates with the community lifestyle of Castle Hill. Dr Byrne outlined how future development of the area would account for population size, employment opportunities and infrastructure development. In addition, she has also expressed her immense excitement towards the completion of Chateau.

Dr Byrne shared with us the blueprint of the future development of Showground Castle Hill. “Government is always concerned about the residents’ community lifestyle, we keep this in mind while we are doing area development, including areas like population size, employment and facilities building.” said Dr Byrne, she also expressed how much she is looking forward to the completion of Chateau.

“I have high expectations for the project Chateau, it matches the ideology of the government. I also believe that with such an outstanding development team, Chateau will become the new landmark of Showground Castle Hill” said Dr Byrne. The Mayor has never officially attended any commercial events before, thus, her presence at our grand launch demonstrates the importance of this project to the government which is an extremely positive sign. To showcase the high quality of the project, we invited the architects, designers and builders involved in the Chateau project to speak about their design concepts and how much effort they’ve put into Chateau.
