Chateau VIP Launch Day

On August 29th, 2020, the official VIP Launch Day of Chateau, Megaward Property Group’s latest exclusive luxury apartments located in Castle Hill. The event was held on a Saturday at the Chateau display suite in Castle Towers shopping centre. The event was attended by Megawards most important clients who had provided their expression of interest and the friendly Megaward sales assistants and team members.

Starting at 10 am, sales assistants toured clients through the display suite individually and provided a full explanation of the apartment design, floor plans, and features.

Once a client chose their specific apartment design to purchase a red “SOLD” sticker was placed on the respective floor plan.

Contracts and paperwork

With lawyers present at the display suite, the clients were able to sign their contracts, making the purchase of their apartment official with their exclusive promotional deal locked in. All in all, we recieved 20 signatures at our VIP launch!

Sheridan silk pyjama gifts

Finally, the clients were presented with a small gift of Sheridan silk pyjamas and were invited to a gourmet lunch provided by Megaward Property Group.

During the event we were also honoured with a surprise visit from CEO and co-founder of Crown Group, Iwan Sunito, who stopped by for a quick chat with CEO and founder of Megaward, Grace Wu.
