On the 23rd of August, 2019, Megaward Property Group and Commonwealth Bank Australia (CBA) held a studio loan lecture in the City of Sydney.
The lecture was held at the CBA downtown branch in the CBD, close by to Museum station. At that time, we were fortunate to have invited Gino Sama, who is the CBA's CBD branch manager, Katie Wang, the senior bank loan manager at CBA, and Yize Liu, who is CBA's loan training manager.

After a brief introduction, Gino Sama, who has been engaged in finance and lending for more than a decade, spoke about his organisation the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and shared his specific and refined loan management knowledge.

Katie Wang from Commonwealth Bank then further explained the specifics of the loan process in Mandarin. Katie Wang, has worked in a number of well-known companies as a customer service manager, cashier supervisor, tax executive and accountant. Additionally, Katie has served in various core financial positions in the Commonwealth Bank for more than five years.

Following this, CBA's loan training manager, Yize Liu, brought first-hand loan management policy information and "small tips" for the assessment of property value. Yize Liu, has many years of experience in loan management and coaching for clients. During his session, there were many questions asked by the audience.
