Megaward introduces our new project, ALEX Collective (ALEX Co.). Located in Alexandria. Industry’s famous architect Andrew Burns crafted this masterpiece with contemporary industrial styling.

According to government planning guidelines, up to 13 billion Australian dollars will be invested in a new layout of housing, public spaces, commercial buildings, shopping malls and infrastructure surrounding Green Square Town Centre. The reconstructed Green Square Town Centre is much larger than many other areas, becoming a Global Village. It is Sydney's first world-class commercial, residential, and retail centre. Green Square will also become a transportation hub, linking Green Square Railway Station and other forms of transportation.
