At home, she's an amazing wife and a mother of two; at business hours, she is a leader, the "skipper" of a multicultural team of 32.
Today we look at the inspiring journey of Anna Yuan, from an entrepreneur in China to a Sales Director at Megaward.
The "Decision"
It all started in 2005 when Anna left her 15 years long successful career of Exporting in China behind and came to the land of Australia. In the first few years Anna studied and found stability with a Government job.
Anna however, being a fervent soul, is never going to settle and stand still, so subsequently in 2012 she put her 9-5 life to bed and began her journey in real estate with one clear goal in mind - helping others to achieve financial freedom and self-funded retirement through property.
There were bumps along the way, Anna even flirted with the idea of giving up her dream at one point. But it was ultimately her passion that got her over the line.
In 2020 Anna, motivated as ever, joined Megaward as a sales manager - determined to make her dream; her purpose into a reality.
Enroute to become the Sales Director
In less than a year, Anna flourished. From a sales manager to someone experienced enough to lead, to mentor and to inspire - a true Director.
Anna is now the "skipper" of a vibrant and diverse team of 32 ambitious individuals from different cultural backgrounds.
Being a Sales Director, Anna's duty is not only about achieving great results for herself but to nurture and help her team succeed. And Anna did just that, in under a year!
This year, Anna's team achieved over $20 millions of sales in Q2 alone! An incredible accomplishment which had them crowned:
- Half Yearly Sales Champion
- Q2 Sales Champion
- Exclusive Project Sales Champion
Gina, a member from Anna's team has won "Q2 Top Sales" and is set to become a Sales Manager in just 9 months with Megaward.
Jaime Lopez or Jimmy, a 71 year-old Filipino Australian took home "Top Sales of the Month", making over 3 million sales in June alone!
Jacqueline Rottcher, a member of Anna's team achieved nearly $10 Million sales in less than a year!
